31st Mar 2026: Removal of accounts
The PLATO PMC Office has decided that user accounts on PLATOPub will be removed for former consortium members who are no longer affiliated with PLATO and have been officially removed from the consortium list.
New accounts can be created to access PLATOPub; however, access to paper review features requires a signed NDA approved by the relevant national representative.
27th Mar 2026: Keep your personal information up to date
Please ensure that your personal information on PLATOPub, in particular your email address, is kept up to date (see under "My account"). This is essential to ensure you receive notifications about papers under review, including when you are added as a co-author. Updated information is also used to maintain the official PLATO consortium member list.
6th Feb 2026: New members and "No-NDA" statement
To all new members signing up for PLATO-Pub.
First of all, welcome!
Many of you will see the statement "You have not signed the PLATO Non-Disclosure agreement" under "My Account". Fear not, you may indeed have an approved NDA, but because PLATO-Pub is a separate platform, your NDA status needs to be manually checked against information from the PLATO Consortium Management Office and approved by the PLATO-Pub Admin.
So, please have patience; this process is ongoing.
